Interview
I was so worried about this interview due to the other comments made about the process, and I really wanted the job. I am glad I prepared, as it definitely was not a fly by interview... but I really over stressed about it. I applied online, then got an email to schedule an interview in the store. My interview consisted of two separate interviews, and you must have two interviews to be considered for the position. I will post all the questions I remember in the question section, but they were all based on prior experience besides two questions, "What's your availability?" And "Why do you want to work at Target?" The first interview consisted of 5 behavioral questions along with the other two questions, while the second interview consisted of 4 behavioral questions with two beginning questions also. While I am glad I prepared, I was very nervous from reading previous experiences that this interview was going to be really tough. Here is my truthful verdict:
I am a person who gets nervous during interviews, I am also a person who has a hard time trying to come up with words/stories on the spot. It was a good for me to prepare for this interview because of that, otherwise it would have probably been a bad experience. If you are someone who is naturally good with words and can come up with answers on the spot, I believe you shouldn't have to prepare.
After my two interviews, I was offered the position. I was very happy. Everything is done online through email, so make sure your application has a good email for you to access. I am now just waiting for my background check to clear to move onto an orientation date.
Overall, I would say the difficulty of the interview was average. It was not easy simple, but also not extremely hard. I dressed in dress pants and a dress top with flat dress covered toe shoes.
Imagine coming into work and the store is already filled with customers, you have to still stock your shelves, set a plannogram, get backstock worked... etc... What do you do?

Interview
I applied online and called HR a few times. Eventually, they asked me to come in for an interview, then a follow-up interview, and after that, I was offered a job.
