The process was fairly straight forward. My ETL for the position I was interviewing for asked me questions relating to customer service, presentation standards, and what if scenarios. Emphasized friendly customer service and positive experience. Mention that guest should want to come back and shop by maintaining floor standards.

The interview is all online, they will give you a link and you have record yourself answering questions. You can record yourself as many times as you need to answer the question.
