The process was not too arduous, and overall I had a good feeling about it. It was a positive experience and I wouldn't be afraid to go through it again. As long as you have confidence in yourself, you will do just fine.
Very quick and easy. They asked questions that have nothing to do with the job, but they are simple and easy. Like when did you help change a friend's decision for the better?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When was the last time you influenced a friend's decision?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Plano, TX) in May 2019
Interview
First of all, he called and asked if i could do my interview the next day. I politely asked if I could do the day after next and he flatly said no. So the interview was at noon, i came 20mins before, they sat me awkwardly in the breakroom with all the employees while they were eating lunch. He took in a girl who came before me, then he came back and took a girl in who came after me! No one there acknowledged my existence, even a simple "sorry for the wait, we'll be with you shortly". After 2 episodes of friends I realized I'd been there too long. So i left. DONT SCHEDULE MULTIPLE PEOPLE AT ONE TIME! I knew from the getgo it was unprofessional & they didn't respect my time so i left. They weren't going to get another hour out of me. Ill never reapply here.
