Target Fulfillment Associate interview questions

Applied online and I received a call back the next week. Went to interview and got offered the job the same day. Started work a couple days later and trained for the first 3 days.

Interview was very relaxed. One on one with the one of the stores manager. Lasted about 15 maybe 20 minutes. After a brief introduction of myself, I was told about what the position entailed. I was asked basic questions about myself and related work history as well as a few situation questions...."Name a time when...." After all questions were asked and answered. I was left in the room for less than 5 mins, when the manager returned I was offered the position on the spot. I met with HR and got my orientation start date before leaving the building.
