I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Video interview, 7-8 questions. Video. Answering in text. Responding with text. Responding with video responses. Multiple choice, quick videos. Email process, very quick to hear back. In person interview after if selected for next step
The interview at Target that I had was a while ago back in 2019. I remember it was an easy process, not too long of an interview and they hired me on the spot. If you want to get hired at Target look out for when they are having a hiring fair because those days you can just go into the store and ask for an interview and you'll get it then and there.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Sharyland, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was standard for retail work. They let you know you'll be in a fast-paced environment and wanted to know how you'd react in specific situations. Having transferred in from another store, I personally found their expectations for speed a little unrealistic, but if they see that you're doing what they ask of you at a reasonable pace, they'll cut you some slack.

Question 1
How well do you perform in fast-paced environments?
