Target ETL interview questions

I was recruited from a job faur where i was told about the brand and asked some questions. I then was offered to interview the next day where there were 2 interviewers in the room asking situational questions. I was then contacted a couple weeks later with a phone interview. A week or so later invited for panel interviews 4 different interviews with 2 interviewers in each all asking situational leadership function interview questions. A few weeks later i was offered a position. The wait process was strenuous!
