I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. A lot of situations behavioral questions around your previous experiences and what you did in the stiuation, your role, your thought process, and how it turned out as far as results. There were multiple rounds of interviews throughout the process but overall it was a fairly positive experience.
