This was a great interview experience, and a 3 step process. First was a phone interview with the recruiter. It was more in depth than I expected, asked several behavioral questions. I received an email the next day asking to schedule the next interview. Second interview was with a store director, did a store tour, had an opportunity to ask a lot of questions about the role. Interview was mostly conversational with about three behavioral questions. I was told the next day would move the on to the final interview. This was with the District Senior Leader and the HR Business Partner over the phone. This was the most challenging, but still very comfortable. The first and third interview I was asked my desired salary, which I received in my offer about 3 days after the last interview.
