I asked them what the turn over rate was for cashiers. i told them i though people usually would quite in six months. it kinda got the person upset. but they still hired me! they asked a question about working with a team. and a few questions about how comfortable you are with customers and people. and asked question about how often i ask for help.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Morgantown, WV) in Nov 2009
Interview
I was looking for a Part-time job to help my fiance and I supplement our savings for a down payment on a new home. Due to the time of year, they were only hiring people who could work days right before and after Thanksgiving and Christmas. I could work 4 of the 6 that they were looking for and was told that, that would not suffice.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2007
Interview
I was asked the same list of questions THREE times. TWO times by the same person. They said that they were going to hire me, then the next day they told me I didn't get the job. Interview questions were very generic. Some questions about scenarios that could happen at the store.
