I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Elmhurst, NY) in May 2010
Interview
There is one interview its pretty basic asking questions on situations you have been in and what youve done . If they want to offer you the position they call you back and you have to take a drug test and background test. Once you pass that you have the job and they give you a schedule to start your training.

Interview
I submitted my application, and apparently they liked it. They came in from the back and asked for an immediate interview. They told me that they would not hire e if I would not work Sundays. I told them I could not for religious purposes. They said the job was mine if I would agree to work on Sundays.
