Target Cashier interview questions

I applied online and got a call to come in for an interview. You're interviewed by two managers who pretty much ask you the same questions. After the interview they offer you a job and all you have to do is pass the drug test and background check.

It was pretty standard. They asked for your experience, what you think your strengths are and what you think your weaknesses are. I got called for the interview the day after I applied for the fourth time. I had been applying for three months before that. I was interviewed for a seasonal position. I made it clear I intended to work for the company after seasonal ended and I ended up being one of the people kept on. I found the office organized and the interviewer to be kind and to know what they were looking for in an employee.
