Answered a questionaire with situational questions such as, if you think a customer maybe taking something from the store without paying for it, how do you handle it. Multiple choice questions. Interviewed with two different people on the same day. Again mostly situational questions, like" tell me a time you made a mistake at a job and how did you correct it." Was offered the postion after second interview.
