Interview
First, I did a phone interview. It lasted about ten minutes. After, they said they would call back to schedule another interview in person. They called back two days later to schedule for the next day. I went in the next day and interviewed with one of the managers and was offered the job over the phone later that day.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Lake Stevens, WA)
Interview
I applied and got a call three weeks later, tried calling back for about a week and finally got to talk to someone in HR. Went in for an interview three days later, and a second interview the next day. The interview was quite laid back, they mostly asked about my schedule and then behavioral questions, like what would you do in such and such situation. They said I would receive a phone call in about a week and still have not heard.

Interview
I had a quick interview process for the Starbucks Barista position at Target. I put in my application in person and got a call back pretty quickly. Soon after, I had my in person, and was offered a job within the week's end. Very straight forward questions and no real things that jumped out at me.
