Applied online and got a call for an interview a day or two later. Short notice for the interview (same day) and besides the quick standard questions like availability, the person had a list of situational questions to go through. It's hard to come up with specific situations on the spot and I kept getting asked to be even more specific. She then said to wait while she checked if her supervisor wanted to come do an interview as well, but after waiting, he was busy so I just left and never got another call.

Question 1
What was a time you had a conflict, and how was it resolved?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Dimas, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Unprofessional and impersonal interview focused on the Interviewer and not the candidate. More focused on discussing their personal life then answering questions about the job and benefits. The Interviewer also kept stepping away and at one point I was waiting 30 minutes for her to return to the interview, a first and definitely very unprofessional.

Question 1
What is one strength you think you could contribute to the team?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2014
Interview
Originally applied as barista. Easy phone interview. Was brought in for in-person interview, but all positions at that location had already filled. I was not told this until just before interview. I was interviewed anyway, but it was clear that the interviewer was in a rush.
