I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Owasso, OK) in Mar 2022
Interview
About 6 or so interview questions via video interviewing. You have to do some training (learning what roles do what, etc) within the video interviewing. The questions itself were easy, but you just have to have examples of your work-attitude/experiences ahead of time. I applied for a cashier position, but was asked to be a Starbucks barista due to my food service experience. Glad I accepted the position; it's been great so far.

Question 1
Q: Name a time you went above and beyond in helping a customer.
Online , had to record myself. Was told I didn’t get the position because they thought I wanted to work at my previous job and there. Which was not true once they realized that never happened I was told to re apply and interview again.
