Target Asset Protection Associate interview questions

The interview process was formal and the interviewers were very nice and professional. I got a call from HR to set-up and interview. I went to the store and had an interview with an ETL. After I completed that interview I immediately had an interview with the store manager. The store manager went over the same interview questions that I had already answered and asked me some more questions about myself.

An initial phone screening occurred first. Then three interviews to get hired, and a 4th interview from a different store that actually hired me. The first two were pretty much exactly the same. The 3rd was from an awesome ETL-AP and the 4th was from another ETL-AP (my current boss).
