I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Austin, TX)
Interview
Was very thorough. I met with 3 store managers and then a district manager. Everybody was very nice and it was a pleasant interview process. I was kept informed of progress everystep of the way. The only complaint I would have is that I had to drive 2.5 hours one way to Houston to meet the district manager for 15 min. I'm not entirely sure that was necessary.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2015
Interview
You will need to be prepared. I read all the interview reviews on here and every question I was asked was listed! I literally made a word document and wrote out my answers to the questions so I had them prepared. There is 4 interviews. I was told after the first phone interview i would be moving on and had 2 more phone interviews with a Store Manager and District manager. After 2 days I got a call saying I made it to the final interview with the District Marketing Leader. The final interview was short (10min) and over the phone. I got a phone call the next day and was offered the job.
They really want to get a sense of who you are as a person and a leader. Make sure to be yourself, I really connected with each person who interviewed me and I think that was a big help. Ask good questions(Tell me about your journey through Target?) and take notes.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I have done four interviews with Target so far. I will have my fifth and final interview soon. Target focuses on behavioral questions, requiring candidates to use the STAR approach. My best advice, especially if you are applying right out of college is to take advantage of your school's career services and do a couple mock interviews. Also, read through the interview questions other Glassdoor users have provided and make sure your answers are specific, but also concise. All but one of the people I have interviewed with have been extremely friendly and approachable, so the nerves go away once you sit down and begin your conversation. In each interview so far I have been asked four behavioral questions. The last interview I have heard will be a bit different. Make sure to have questions prepared for them and do your research. The interview process is long, but it is important to the company's success. Overall, I've enjoyed so far. Hopefully I will be extended an offer after this last interview!
