I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Four interviews with "Tell me about a time" questions. The people were pretty nice and the recruiter available during the entire process. There was a phone interview with the recruiter, then a regular interview with a manager of a local store, then there was a video interview with the District Team Leader and the Store Team Leader of the spot I was going to potentially fill. Finally there was an interview with the HR Business partner of the same district. Same types of "Tell me about a time" questions. All of the people who interviewed me were really nice.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Frederick, MD) in Dec 2014
Interview
After exchanging emails with an HR representative I did a phone interview that lasted between 20-30 minutes. She asked me questions about my current job responsibilities, current salary, and reasons for wanting to work at Target. She then asked behavioral type interview questions and expected to me use examples from previous experiences to answer.
