I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Fontana, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
The interview process was a multi-phase process, beginning with a phone screening from a recruiter. After two phone interviews, the process moved forward to a 1:1 interview with the STL and then the DTL. There was also a job shadow in the process to where you could learn more about the job and ask plenty of questions.

Question 1
Describe an experience that your leadership ability helped you overcome adversity?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The interview process for me was 4 interviews, an assessment test, and a drug test. My first three interviews were all over the phone or facetime due to me being out of town at college. The second and third interview both started extremely late. My interviewer for my second interview was about an hour late and the third interviewer was late about 45 minutes. I had such a positive mindset towards Target before but now I'm not so sure--if they can't give me the decency to call me on time, why would I want to work for them?
