I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Buffalo, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very fast. Phone interview with recruiter and told me I was going to the next step during the interview. A week later I interviewed with an STL at a local store, following week interviewed with the DTL and another STL, a few days later phone interview with Group Director and then he offered me the job on the spot. Overall interview process was fast and not very difficult. Still needed to take time to prepare but nothing crazy.
