I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2009
Interview
I'm currently in my last year of college and I was looking for a challenging job. I worked for Target previously for 3 years until I left to embark on other opportunities. I wasn't a team member when I applied. The process was short and quick. I received a phone call from a recruiter. She asked me 5 questions then sent me on for a interview with a HR Business partner and District Manager. The whole process took less than a month. I had to complete a drug test and that's it. I'm so excited to work for a company that is performance driven. A couple of my peers ask "Why Target" and I respond with "I'm not looking for a job where I can sit and look cute. I want a challenging job and want to see my results. But, I also understand that it's not going to be an easy ride.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume and outline your leadership experiences
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
I luckily knew someone who works as an ETL of AP now and he passed my resume along. I had been seeking a Team Lead position but the HR rep saw that I just graduated with my bachelors and offered me an ETL position interview. First interview with him was some basic Q & A. He than said I will be contacted in a week for my behavioral interview. Tomorrow (Wed) is the day I interview so I will let you know how it goes.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had an opportunity to mentor someone?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2010
Interview
Target's interview was pretty typical. The first couple of questions give you a chance to highlight the good parts of your resume. "Tell me a little about yourself" and "Why do you want to work for Target" are just some of the questions. There were also behavioral questions, so make sure you follow the STAR (Situation/Task, Action, result) model. Have some questions prepared to ask the interviewees as well.
Target seemed most interested in my leadership and interpersonal skills. These would be items to highlight on your resume and during the interview
