Interview
The interview process consisted two store managers asking situational questions. They want you to answer using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result. One person asked the questions while the other recorded or graded your answers. The questions are not hard if you came prepared or if you have experienced the situations they ask. The process was a little intimidating because there were two people.
