Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

The process takes a long time. I first dealt with a recruiter who had me do a phone interview and take a IQ test. Several weeks go by before I am contacted to setup a face to face interview with a store manager. Two weeks go by before I am contacted for my second interview with another store manager. After that another week goes by before my interview with the district manager is setup. After that interview a couple days elapse before I am required to submit a background check and recieve my offer.. The interviews were not hard just spaced out so far that I had beggun to lose interest. All of the questions were behavior questions in which you had to tell a story.

Target had a bin to put a resume in at a career fair I attended. Got a call a few weeks later for a brief phone interview and was asked to do an on campus interview. I got interviewed by two people who were very nice. Was asked similar behavior questions that appear on this website. Never heard back from them.
