Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

When I first began researching possible career opportunities, I started at my university's Job Fair. Many companies were there and Target caught my attention. I applied that evening and a I received a response week later. They went ahead and set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I had to interview STL of two locations. The next step was to interview with the DTL and the next day I was offered the position

I used to work at Target as a sales floor attendant. I love the atmosphere, benefits, and community of Target. I had a phone interview and 2 face to face interviews with 2 people in the room (at least 2 of these people were district managers). The questions are all "tell me a time about when..." Make sure you have about 5 -10 stories that show you in a positive light as a leader. Once you have those stories research different questions from various sites. Make sure you are prepared. Make sure to brag about being a leader. Don't talk with your hands. Try not to say "ummm" or "uhhhh." Make sure to look at the interviewers when you talk. Hope this helps. Good luck.
