I applied online. I interviewed at Tapestry (Austin, TX)
Interview
My first phone interview with the recruiter went well, she was great. The next steps I followed up with the marketing team with a video interview.
The first person who interviewed me seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to be there and it made me more nervous. Maybe she was having a bad day but I felt her lack of interest immediately before I could even say anything to bore her.
The second person was nice to talk to, but when I told her I would not be relocating she said that might be an issue. I put it down in my cover letter in bold. She said they were in the early stages and she still wanted to talk (I told her at the very beginning for transparency) so I spent about 2 hours of my time, only to be ghosted.
Then I never even got a rejection email. I saw they hired someone so why don’t you give your candidates an update? They use a system that makes you create an account so it should send an automated email for rejections.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tapestry (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
The first-round- was an interview with the Store Manage and the second round was a Floor Interview. The floor interview was challenging because you don't know much about the products and the work culture. So better focus on your client engagement.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work for us
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tapestry (Singapur) in Jul 2020
Interview
The process took around 2 weeks, I applied through a recruitment agency. I went through a total of 3 interviews including the final round. First round was with the HR manager, second round was with the senior manager of the department of the role (which included an excel test), last and final round was with the direct reporting officer. The entire process and experience were amazing, interactive, and friendly. All the staff are very willing to share their experience in Tapestry, and how they love the culture and people inside the company. They were also very opened to us asking any type of questions about them and the job.
