Online recording. Several Questions. It was hard because you weren't talking to a real person. It was required with your application and I never heard back. I would have liked to work there. They do this to weed out applicants who do not care.

Interview
I had a nice call with someone in Talent Acquisition almost a month ago, who was going to circle back with the hiring manager regarding next steps. Understandably things happen (i.e. didn’t pass the phone screen, role deprioritized or rescoped, literally a myriad of candidate specific or organizational reasons), but to not acknowledge a follow up email or close the loop is terribly frustrating. It’s a lousy candidate experience and not a good look. I would have expected a more respectful experience from a senior leader on the talent team, but alas. I know volume is a major pain point for TA, but if you’ve made personal contact with a candidate the decent thing is to minimally send out the canned rejection email rather than leaving them hanging.

Interview
I had to answer 4 Questions via Hirevue after submitting my CV. One can answer each question 4 times. Each answer should be between 1-2 minutes long. I did not have to submit a cover letter.
