Very structured. The recruiter was very friendly and actively interested in the whole process. Their procedure was explained to me in every step of the way. After two initial phone interviews, of approx. 30 minutes each, I was invited to a 3rd and 4th round in Zurich. The overall experience was rather relaxed and in a pleasant atmoshpere.
