I applied online. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very basic, straight forward, STAR questions. It was a one on one interview. Before the face-to-face there was a Skype type interview. I believe it was with a company called HireVue, important, go through practice interview questions if you have not gone through this process! You are asked questions and have 30 seconds to think before your three minutes to answer. Again all the basic questions.

Lots of situational interview questions - be prepared to share the situation, action, and result. Several rounds of interviews - one with a screener, one with two district managers, one with a regional manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Reno, NV) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was very professional and short. She was very detailed and kind. She walked me through the benefits and the role. We also discussed the recruiting process and timelines. We focused the discussion on my experience and the companies I worked for. We also discussed the company culture and their focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter then I interviewed with the district manager. It was mostly a conversational interview. The hiring manager kept prolonging giving me a decision and finally after three weeks post-interview, I was told an intern would be doing the field sales in that district instead, interesting to say the least.
