I applied online via my university's website and got an invitation to a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was set up 2 days later. It lasted for about 30 minutes.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Feb 2025

Just one interview with hiring manager for 30 minutes. Talked one on one without any behavioral questions. Questions were all technical asking about topics within the field and some open ended questions
