I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Bray, Wicklow) in Jan 2019
Interview
Got the interview thru a recruiter. The interview was just about Easy and regular questions, there’s barely anything technical. They asked about your schedule, previous job challenges. But the background check is very slow, took about 2 months to get through and started the job.
The process took two weeks. They asked many technical questions, looking for the understanding of my preveous experiences and my technical knowledge in analytical chemistry. The questions were resonable and some of them I did not proved a clear answer.
It consisted of three separate interviews within the span of 1 week. The first interview involved the hr department, the second interview was with the supervisor and the last interview was with the head of quality.
I applied online. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Bray, Wicklow) in Oct 2022
Interview
Screening phone call initially with HR / recruiter and then a formal interview following this, if successful. The phone call lasted about twenty minutes. The formal interview had lab personnel and was over Microsoft teams / Zoom. Overall a relatively straightforward and typical interview experience.
