I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Phone interview was with hiring manager and he asked various questions regarding my previous work experience and some HR questions. On site interview was 3 hour long interview. 5 people interviewed me including 3 scientists and three research investigators. Easy going friendly people. The asked about previous experience and talked about their company and work.
There were two steps after the initial screening with a recruiter. A phone interview with the hiring manager and then an in person interview to meet the rest of the team.

Interview
It was a really long process. It took over a month to finish interviewing. I had more experience for the position I applied for so I had to do a presentation showcasing my experience as it relates to the role. I wasn’t selected as they decided to pursue an internally recommended candidate.
