Generally chaotic and confusing. There was lack of agreement on basic functions and purpose of role being interviewed for, lack of preparation among interviewers, lack of cohesion among manager's peers. Although major reorganization had occurred more than 1 year prior, lack of agreement among all interviewers on high-level strategic direction, and (perhaps root cause) the failure of divisional leader to clearly communicate their team's vision, strategic outlook, or tactical short term goals.
