Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, meeting with the hiring manager, round Robin interviews with team. Everyone is super nice and the questions are fairly straightforward. Luckily they don’t make you do a lengthy assignment like most places do these days. They did end up promoting someone internally, which is kind of annoying because why would you even interview external people until you were sure you weren’t hiring internally.
