Really well structured & communicated, initial call with the recruitment team who outline the whole process and check-in with you at various stages, providing helpful details about each stage of the recruitment process and advice about what to come prepared to talk about.

The interview process was well structured. It consisted of an initial HR round, which was more of a discovery call to go over your experience, salary expectation, your overall interest in the role. The next step is a series of 4 interviews, 30 minutes each with an interview panel. The questions were mostly behavioral and situational. No technical questions were asked.
