TTEC Live Chat Agent interview questions

I applied last September 2 2019, they gave me 2 exams and an interview. Maybe it's me, or the HR rep who screened me on the interview was not listening very well, although there was an ample time to review my resume; we were even on an isolated interview room and she kept berating me to repeat the answers that I have already narrated/answered. (I even saw her just grabbing the resume at the front desk , and without even taking a pause to review it, called me to the interview room)
