TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Phone interview. Advised I was hired and needed to meet the director in person. Had meeting with supervisor and director. Then advised I was in the running with 2 others after being originally told I was hired. I was told I would be advised in several hours if I got the position or not. Never advised.

Applied online, got scheduled for interview within a week. The interview was Short and asked straightforward questions . Not too diffciult questions were asked. Also did some typing test and geberal questions about how you will treat a customer Not a bad experience for the interview
