TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very simple and straight forward. Go in for an interview, do a quick call test and answer a few quick questions, and then the final, typical interview. It was very to the point and very "no-nonsense". One of the better experiences I've had for interviews at call centers I'd say. Other places can take hours before you're interviewed.

They asked basic questions to determine why you wanted the job and if you were willing to work full time for an extended period of time dealing with customers. it was a pretty short process
