TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Testing computer and skills, phone call and Zoom meeting. Emails and zoom orientation. The hiring process was not bad considering the current pandemic. I thought the interview was standard. They tell you about the job and a little about the company and ask the usual awkward questions.

The interview process is by telephone - basic questions about experience and your character. Also assessment test is emailed for you to complete. The HR manager was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a job in a call center. The work is not easy but it can be very rewarding.
