TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was completed in a group video session. Each person was asked the same questions making it very simple if you were not asked first. There were also skill based questions that were very easy to answer.

Initial interview was through a zoom call, I was with 2 other people but after a while it was a 1 on 1 interview. The questions were easy, they skipped the classic "tell me about yourself" intro and just straight away asked for your basic information. After that, they asked behavioral questions and just let you answer with no follow-up questions. Didn't get an offer right away since they told us the next training would be months from now and they would contact us when the training starts.
