TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Took place over the phone - first I was contacted by a coordinator I believe and they simply verified the information I'd put on my resume and application. Then I was contacted by a hiring manager and they just asked a few questions about my experience and I was offered the job right after.

It was fairly easy. It was in a group and they just asked our names and a little about ourselves. The process before the interview was mainly about checking your computer, making sure it is fit for the job.
