TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

United health care is really hard to do customer service with them a lot of training they throw you under the bus it’s really common but they flexible with schedule

I did not get to the interview. They sent me the link to schedule the interview, when I clicked it, I logged into teh system, and there were no slots for the interview. And the note said - "If there is no 'Scheduled Appointment' button there are no timeslots currently available. Please check back regularly for available timeslots". I was checking the whole day and got nothing. Do I want to sit all day and wait for the slots to appear magically??? What kind of attitude to the applicants is that?
