Interview
Applied online for a Work At Home position. Completed the online assessments. Got an email to complete a voice test and phone interview. Was offered the job via email to continue with background and drug screen. Once the background and drug screen came back, was emailed a list of schedule options to choose from. Was emailed training and employment papers. Got I-9 notarized. Faxed some documents, emailed others, and then mailed the hard copies. Started training in a virtual classroom that lasted six weeks.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
