I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC in Jul 2012
Interview
The complete hiring process took about a month and a half. I originally applied for an inbound sales representative, but during the offer call it turned out to just be an inbound customer service rep job. I am pretty flexible so I had no complaints, but those who had done the initial interview and wanted sales because of the commission were told they had a few positions left and that they could possible fit them in.
The process pretty much went like this: -received email stating they had receive my application -email saying my application had been accepted -email checking if my computer met their work requirements -email asking me schedule a date for my interview -email letting you know if you were offered the job or not -email testing your computer requirement again -offer call invitation (you then schedule a date like you did with the interview -offer letter and then a slew of email about drug testing, I-9, etc.
And that's pretty much it, you find out when you start during your offer call. The interview process wasn't bad at all. You start with a general overview of the company and their requirements, they ask everyone what hours they are looking for, but it's likely you won't get them anyway. It's pretty much the needs of the company they are contracting with. Then each applicant is taken to the side (virtually) and interviewed. Then you can hang up. So don't be nervous, if you are dedicated and have patience, anyone can be a good customer service rep.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There weren't any unexpected questions, basically they asked about past experience in customer service or call centers. Then they wanted to know what qualities you believe make a good customer service rep.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
