Tiny interview room with no windows the size of a closet. Interviewer looked as if she just rolled out of bed and came to work. She made zero eye contact and looked as if she had made a decision before asking one question

I was asked what was one thing about my previous employment role that I found difficult
good and easy. Asked questions related to sales knowledge. Was able to answer but the salary was okay. Interviewer were very friendly and they help you to be at ease

Easy, personable, short. Interviewer was friendly but commission structure was not clear until months down and road. Hiring process was fairly quick as they needed a team on short notice.
