They send you an email telling you in advance that such they you will receive a message with a link to join a ZOOM meeting, the message is followed by other two half and hour and fifteen minutes before the meeting, Once you log in with the link a windows opens and you see the logo in the center and on the left a column with all the people that are logged in and looking at the screen. At the bottom there is a chat window You have to wait to be called by your name to check if all is ok, if there is a problem the interviewer will send you a chat message. Once everyone is connected and is ready the person answers questions from the applicants for a few minutes. Then sends a link via chat to connect to a website to see a video. You will be asked questions about the video
