I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Waited over 25 minutes in reception.
Completed typing and English grammar test in 12 minutes. No-one came to collect the results for 20 minutes. Waited in the reception area for another 12 minutes. Face to face interview went well. I then completed a English proficiency test in 5 minutes. The interviewer did not collect the test for over 15 minutes.
My first impression if this company is that they are unprofessional.

Interview
Many standard interview questions are those that do not really lend themselves to using examples and stories to answer. These include questions like, "Tell me about yourself," or "What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?" To answer these questions successfully make sure to think about your audience is and the position you are interviewing for. Use keywords, skills, and industry language while staying relevant to the position.
