TTEC Customer Setvice Representative interview questions

Group interview in zoom web room. My portion was short but questions were straight forward. They asked preference in full time or part time and relevant experience. 2nd interview was offer call.

I applied online. I was sent an email asking to take some tests and assessments. After that, I was sent a request for scheduling the online interview, which is a group interview through Zoom where you will have to be on camera. That part of the process is annoying because you're on camera with 30-40 other people. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will review everything and send names on to the next step. A separate email will be sent to schedule the offer call, which is also through Zoom where you will only need a microphone, no webcam. After you accept the offer, you have to complete a readiness test after buying the required USB stick and USB headset.
