Interview
1st you Apply, 2nd you take an Assessment, 3rd is a Group interview via Teams or Zoom, Lastly is an Offer session if job is offered to you, via teams or zoom. The group interview was done one question to every person then the next question the same way.

Question 1
Why would you be a good fit for this company? Tell me about you self? Pay expectations? How would you handle an irate customer? Why do you want to work here?
The hiring process was about a week. You have to apply then take a test or assessment. Then set up an interview time. They will email you saying it’s a group meeting and it takes about 60-120 minutes.

Interview
It was more like a presentation over Zoom. About ten other candidates are in a Zoom call, and the recruiter shares details about the company and the position. Ultimately, the recruiter asks each participant to share their previous work experience in customer service, a brief “tell me about yourself.”
