I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TTEC (San José, San José) in Dec 2011
Interview
It took 3 days. You fill an online form. Next day you get a call to do a basic skill test on site. If you manage to pass (it is difficult to fail), you get a call next day scheduling your interview. These are usually one on one and if you show that you aren't a complete idiot, you get hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2014
Interview
No different than most companies fielding a team of employees. Not like you are trying out for a specific specialty like the Center position on a football team. "Are you willing to start work everyday from a compromised position with your hands already full, limited vision of a dynamic workspace, massive oncoming forces from 3-directions and you willing to perform this function repeatedly?"
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (McAllen, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
Create an online profile on their website, then fill out an application and upload a resume. You then get an email to complete an online assessment. Once you pass the online assessment, I called the TeleTech 1-800 no. to speak with someone about the next step in the process. The next week I recieved an email in order to schedule an interview. After scheduling the interview I showed up to the job and listened to a few calls on a computer for about 30 minutes. Then I spoke with a manager afterwards for about 15 minutes and they were looking for flexibility with your schedule and they start at $9.50/hr.
