I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Springfield, MO) in Mar 2012
Interview
Called in for an interview. The first step is an online assessment for both computer aptitude and personality. Next is a phone interview, which is awkward because you are supposed to use the phone located at the security desk in the lobby. This means your phone interview is in front up to dozens of other applicants. After the phone interview is the "formal" interview. A team coach usually performs the interview which consists of 6 or so similarly worded behavioral and situational questions. I'd say that the interview itself was very informal and therefore pretty relaxed. It was easy to tell that the interviewer got stuck with interview duty that day.

Interview
Easy interview and friendly talent recruitment staff. Unfortunately the background check took a very long time. Was suppose to start on a Monday, but didn't start until later in the week because the company that does the background checks took a very long time.
